Tatum NFT Express allows companies to create NFTs without owning crypto

Tatum, a blockchain development platform backed by Octopus Ventures, has introduced a unique feature for creating NFTs. Called “NFT Express”, users can mint NFTs without using cryptocurrencies to pay for blockchain transaction fees or deploy smart contracts. This opens doors for enterprises around the world, eliminates the substantial overheads, complexity and security concerns associated with creating NFTs, and avoids potential regulatory hurdles surrounding cryptocurrencies.

“Customers have approached us saying they have done everything possible to get their NFT marketplaces off the ground and are ready to close. To pay gas fees, they have to buy cryptocurrency on exchanges and face all kinds of regulatory hurdles. We knew there had to be a better way, so we got together to find a solution.” explains Tatum CEO Jiri Kobelka.

NFT Express is available to anyone with a paid Tatum subscription. Customers can instantly create as many NFTs as they want on five different blockchains, an ideal solution for e-commerce businesses or enterprises looking to create NFTs on a large scale. The gas costs for minting NFTs are then deducted from their paid Tatum subscription. This eliminates the need to buy cryptocurrencies on an exchange, a transaction that many banks prohibit and will freeze customer accounts to prevent. It also eliminates most security vulnerabilities, allowing businesses to quickly implement NFT functionality in mobile apps and store NFTs anywhere.

“We realized that we could completely eliminate most of the problems businesses face and provide a simple, secure and seamless NFT solution for whatever they wanted to create. Now they no longer need to hire blockchain developers and their gas costs are covered by their Tatum plans. We believe NFT Express will open doors for countless companies and developers, and we are very excited to unveil it to the public.” said Jiri Kobelka, CEO of Tatum.

NFT Express is currently available on the Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Celo and Harmony blockchain networks.
